A 24-hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of the
appointment. You may rebook with the same deposit once.
Deposits with receipt and cash payments are accepted at this time, a $2000JMD OR $20USD is required to book any appointment. No refund
When booking refills, at least 60% of the lashes must be retained if less than 60% of lashes is retained this will be considered a new set and automatically attract full cost. Set must be done 2-3 weeks, with no foreign fills.
Please arrive at least 10-15min for your appointment to prevent any delays. A
30-minute grace period will be given after which your appointment will automatically cancelled and your deposit will be lost. A new appointment will then need to be booked.
