CANCELLATION- A 24-hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment. You may rebook with the same deposit once.
PAYMENTS- Deposits with receipt and cash payments are accepted at this time, a $2000JMD OR $15USD is required to book any appointment. No refund
APPOINTMENTS- When booking refills, at least 60% of the lashes must be retained less than 60% of lashes is retained this will be considered a new set and automatically attract full cost. Set must be done 2-3 weeks, with no foreign fills.
LATE ARRIVALS- Please arrive at least 10-15min for your appointment to prevent any delays. A 15-minute grace period will be given after which your appointment will automatically cancelled and your deposit will be lost. A new appointment will then need to be booked.
AFTERCARE TIPS
Keep lashes clean
Do not use oil-based eye products, creams, or waterproof mascara
Use eyelash extension safe cleaner to clean lashes
Do not perm, tint, or use a lash curler
Avoid sleeping on your face
Do not pick or pull lashes
Gentle brush lashes as needed
Keep lash away from any extreme source of heat or fire
